Billing & subscription
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are pro-rated for the remaining billing period; downgrades apply at the start of your next cycle so you keep what you paid for.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — switching to annual billing saves roughly 20% compared with paying monthly. You can toggle the cards above to see annual pricing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel from your dashboard and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my plan's limits?
We'll let you know in-app before any hard limits are enforced. Starter customers can upgrade in one click. Growing Business customers can purchase per-location ($10/mo) or per-scanner ($5/mo) add-ons à la carte, or upgrade to Enterprise Growth. Enterprise Growth includes 12 locations, 36 scanners, and 25 dashboard users — and location overages beyond 12 auto-attach as $10/mo add-ons without forcing a plan change. If you operate 30+ locations or need SSO, a custom SLA, dedicated infrastructure, or data residency, take a look at the Custom plan.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.

- Download the free Loyalty iCard Scanner app from the App Store. Staff scan the customer's wallet card barcode to add stamps, redeem rewards, or validate access. Works on any iPhone or iPad.
- Can I send push notifications to customers?
- Yes. Send unlimited push notifications directly to customers' wallet cards. Use segmentation to target specific customers, locations, or visit-based triggers. Push notifications land on the lock screen, so they typically reach customers more reliably than email.
- Does it integrate with my existing POS or CRM?
- Yes. Growing Business and above include Zapier (6,000+ apps) and webhook support. Enterprise adds full CRM integration and custom integration development on request.

- Customers can re-enroll on a new device by tapping the same enrollment link. Their stamps, points, and history follow them via their email or phone number. Nothing is lost.
