These terms govern your use of the Loyalty iCard platform, including all features, APIs, and services provided. Please read them carefully before creating an account.

SMS Messaging Program Terms
Customers who provide their mobile number while enrolling in a loyalty program operated through Loyalty iCard agree to receive recurring automated text messages from the participating business about that program — including welcome confirmations, stamp progress, and reward earned notifications. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies depending on your activity in the program. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other US wireless carriers; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After replying STOP, you will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or email support@loyaltyicard.com.
