Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
All Loyalty iCard plans bill monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Monthly plans
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current monthly billing period. We do not pro-rate or refund partial months. You keep full access to all plan features until the period ends.
Annual plans
Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase provided usage is minimal — specifically, fewer than 50 cards created and fewer than 100 customers enrolled. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active for the full annual period you paid for.
Add-ons
Extra locations, scanner devices, and other add-ons follow the same refund rules as the base plan they are attached to.
Free trials
Free trials do not require a credit card. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial period ends. If you upgrade during the trial, billing starts immediately and the trial ends.
Disputes
For any billing dispute, email support@loyaltyicard.com within 30 days of the charge. We respond to billing inquiries within 2 business days.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
